We charge a flat rate. For only $99 we will come to your home and diagnose all your computer problem. If you choose to have us complete the service we waive the diagnosis fee, and the rate is only $99* for the majority of our computer services/repairs. The most we ever charge is $198* for a service, and this occurs only on rare occasions when a computer is suffering from multiple issues and/or needs a complete Windows reinstall or Hardware replacement... Less than 1% of our service calls result in a full Windows reinstall. (2hr min)

flat rate computer service $150 to come out to your business which also includes 1 hour of service
and $50 for each additional 30-90 minutes.
